1. ACTIVE PERIOD
   Active period is period where customer account can be use. The active period is 1 month, starting from activation date of Broom Bastis account made by customer.



2. GRACE PERIOD
   Grace period is period where customer account can not be use again, and can top up the account, for using it again. The grace period is 180 days, starting form last day of active period.



3. Nominal TOPUP BROOM Bastis Unlimited
   • Minimum top up required for BROOM Bastis every month is IDR 200.000.
   • Any top up under IDR 200.000, will be deposited to customer’s account until it reaches the minimum monthly top up amount.
   • If customer top up their account by IDR 150.000, the account active period will not be extended, only the topup amount will be deposited to their account. If customer made another topup with IDR 50,000 in amount, this topup will be accumulated with the previous IDR 150.000, and thus, will be equal to IDR 200.000 minimum monthly topup.
4. TOP UP
   
   1. During Active Period
      If top up was made during active period, the top up amount will be used in the next active period.
      Example :
      • Customer A, activation date in May 5, 2009, then active period will be May 5, 2009 until June 4, 2009.
      • Customer A topup his account on May 28, 2009 or within active period. This topup will extend his account’s active period one month longer. Therefore, the new active period will start on June 5, 2009 until July 4, 2009.
      • Customer A made another topup on June 4, 2009, exactly on the end date of the active period. This topup will instantly extend his account’s active period, commencing from June 5, 2009 until August 4, 2009.
   
   

   

   2. In Grace Period
      BROOM Bastis Customer, doing top up in grace period, will be used in the current month.
      Example :
      • Customer A, activation date in May 5, 2009, then active period will be May 5, 2009 until June 4, 2009.
      • Start June 5, 2009 at 00.00 WIB, Customer A already in the first month of the grace period, for 180 days starting from June 5 until December 1, 2009.
      • Customer A, do top up at May 30, 2009 for IDR 500.000. This amount will be used for :
      1.  
         1. First Top Up (IDR 200.000), will be used for 5 days active period (June 30 – July 4, 2009).
         2. Second Top Up (IDR 200.000), will be used on next active period (1 month) June 5 s/d August 4, 2009.
         3. Balance IDR 100.000 will be saving balance for next month.

      

   3. More than one top up during active period
      For example, customer do top up more than one in active period with 3 folds of minimum monthly top up, the rules will be applied :
      • First active period will be in June 5 until July 4, 2009 (IDR 200.000)
      • Second active period will be in July 5 until August 4, 2009 (IDR 200.000)
      • Third active period will be in August 5 until September 4, 2009 (IDR200.000)
   
5. Illustrations for Speed and  Volume Broom Bastis
   1. Usage in active period not reached 3 GB
      Customer will get speed up to 256 Kbps and 3 GB, in the beginning of active period. If at the end of active period customer still have balance (ex. 500 MB), it will be reset at the next active period. 666666
   2. Usage in active period reached  3 GB
      After usage get 3 GB in the current month, speed will decease up to 64 Kbps, until the end of current active period.
