Star One is a fixed wireless telephone service using CDMA technology which is operated by PT Indosat Tbk. Based on its billing inquiry, Star One voucher is divided into 2 (two) as follow:

• Postpaid
  You have to register in Galeri Indosat and the billing inquiry will be sent to your address monthly.
• Prepaid
  This credit is available after you buy the credit voucher and you can reload it when it expires.

IM2 Postpaid and Prepaid Internet Account is an IM2 service for internet users to access internet. Indosatnet Mobile is an additional feature from IM2 for their customers to access the internet via Star One network and enrichs the previous access media as follow:

• Dial Up access from national number : 080988001
• Regional number access
• IM2 Hotspot access
• Instant Indosatnet access from I-Phone Indosat network

Based on its billing inquiry, the IM2 internet account is divided into 2 (two) as follow:

• Postpaid Internet Account :
  • It is available when you are a IM2 Dial Up customers (You have to register to enjoy this service)
  • The internet cost will be accumulated every month and the billing inquiry will be sent to your address.

• Prepaid Internet Account :
  • No need to register to get the voucher
  • There is no differentiation in its internet connection capability between Postpaid internet account or Prepaid internet account.

  • The duration of the internet connection is based on the available credit in prepaid voucher, the connection will be terminated when the credit is expired.
