PERIOD OF PROGRAM

This program is valid since November 12, 2007 until January 31, 2008 is the due date for IM2 to receive MGM registering application. Application which has counted in after the due date shall not include to this MGM II Program and couldn’t receive any reward though has validated and accepted by IM2.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF MGM PROGRAM

  1. MGM II program is valid for all 3.5G Internet Broad band’s subscriber (ECO; YOU; PRO; MAX) through the entire program area.
    1. New subscriber is all any kind of subscribers (ECO, YOU, PRO, MAX, and BIZZ) who noticed as personal user (not a subscriber with corporate/office’s guarantor).
    2. Packages which might be referenced are YOU, PRO, and MAX.
    3. The existing subscriber of 3.5G who reference another existing subscriber IM2 with terms point (a) and (b), would counted as reward receiver (new subscriber who recommended to migrate their service to 3.5G would be counted as reward receiver).
  2. The existing subscriber of 3.5G Internet Broadband could reference their relations (new subscriber) as long as they noted as an active user.
  3. The existing subscriber of 3.5G Internet Broadband could reference their relations (new subscriber) as much as possible during promo.
  4. Promo of MGM II program is valid for registering via:
    1. Galeri Indosat (walk-in Center IM2) where subscriber’s domiciled.
    2. Offline via Fax and E-mail to IM2 where subscriber’s domiciled.
    3. Exhibition or Road show by IM2.
  5. MGM II program is valid through out to same or different town (referrer and referral might lives in the same or different town).
  6. Promo Program which’s valid on this MGM II is promo program which is valid through the entire program area.
  7. Due date to settle application MGM II for one cycle period is on (date) 25 each month.
  8. IM2 has a right to refuse activation account of subscriber with an acceptable reason without give any information and or notification to another party.
  9. Pro program is invalid to the entire employees of IndosatM2, and IM2 sales agent (retail channel).
  10. MGM II application and supporting administration requirements shall be send to each town of IM2 representative office where subscriber register their account.

TERMS FOR REFERRER

  1. To subscriber of MGM Program, during the program are forbid to upgrade or downgrade their package in discount period, otherwise, discount would be canceled.
  2. Fill their complete name (referrer) and customer ID on each application form which would be send to IM2.

TERMS FOR REFERRAL

  1. They must be fill subscription form and additional MGM II promo form, completed with administration requirements such as:
    • Copy of valid identity card (ID Card/driving license/passport/KITAS).
    • Copy of valid credit card (Visa/Master/BCA Card) with 3 months ahead for minimum expired.
  2. Payment of internet billing must be use credit card.
  3. Convince your relations completing the MGM application and sign it, also attaching the administration requirements to avoid delaying application proceeds.

MGM REWARD CALCULATION

  1. Calculation numbers of referral only valid for 1 month, no accumulation.
  2. Subscriber who’s following this MGM program, if they have more than an account for 3.5G, then discount shall be rewarded to a highest package they had.
  3. Discount shall rewarded to referrer who has referral that succeed through the activation proceed by IM2 as follows :

    Acquisition requirements
    Free package billing (exclude the exceed quota) for a month (100% discount) on month “n+1”
    Get 2 subscriber who active on moth “n” to all type of package (You, Pro, Max) who referenced by existing user from all package.
    Cash as much IDR 175.000/active subscriber who referenced to the next month as much as the nominal.
    To a 3rd new active subscriber in the same month to all type of package (You, Pro, Max) who referenced existing user from all package.

  4. If there’re more than one MGM application which recommends a same identity of referral, reward shall given to first existing subscriber who complete send the application to IM2.
  5. Calculation of reward shall directly count from activation date of referral.
  6. Status of referral must be activated until the end (date) of month, otherwise, there’s no reward.
  7. Information of referral could be seen by existing user who follows this MGM program on website www.indosatm2.com at “my account” corner, then click “MGM inquiry”.
  8. Promo of MGM II program is a separated program with the other promo and couldn’t be integrated with another promo.

    1. Each receiver of reward who has received confirmation e-mail from IM2 are obligated to fill data of their bank account number-online- to link which mentioned in their e-mail.
